What it does

The Well-visit studio organizes educational checkup reminders by age band — Birth & 1 Month, 2 & 4 Months, 6 Months, 9 & 12 Months, and 15 Months–2 Years — summarizing what each visit typically covers (from the newborn screen and first Hepatitis B through the primary series, developmental screening, MMR/Varicella, and toddler boosters with the M-CHAT screening). Add custom questions or reminders, keep the clinic/emergency contact and post-visit reaction notes on file, sync with your partner, and export an Official Well-Visit & Immunization Record. Saved in this browser (vaccination-tracker-v1). It says so itself: educational reminders, not a national immunization schedule and not medical advice — your clinician's schedule governs.

Who it’s for

Parents who want each well visit anticipated rather than remembered in the parking lot.

How to use it, step by step

  1. Open the age-band tab for the upcoming visit and review what it typically covers.
  2. Check off items as visits happen; add custom questions as they occur to you between visits.
  3. Record the clinic contact and post-visit observations in Doctor Notes.
  4. Sync with your partner and print the Official Record when you need the summary.

What you get

A saved well-visit and immunization reminder log by age band, printable as an official-style record.

✦ A worked example

You give it

The 6-month visit is Thursday.

You get

The tab shows third primary doses, the solids-readiness review, and the flu discussion — plus your custom question about travel vaccines, written weeks ago when you thought of it.

💡 Tips & tricks

  • Add questions the moment they occur (the custom field) — nobody remembers a 3 a.m. question at a 10 a.m. appointment.
  • Post-visit notes (temperature course, dosage guidance) are gold during the fussy 24 hours after shots.
